Who can invest?
Porfessional investor
There are two types of professional investors: investors per se, who are mainly institutions and large corporations, and elective professional investors. You can invest either as an individual or as a legal entity.
To qualify for treatment as an elective professional investor, you must meet two out of the following three criteria (2/3):
- Your net worth exceed €500,000
- You have carried out significant volume transactions in this field
- You have held a position in the financial sector requiring specific expertise
Retail investor
As a retail investor (anyone not classified as professional), if your net worth exceed €500,000, there are no limits on the percentage you can invest.
If your net worth are below that threshold, you may invest a minimum of €10,000, provided this amount does not exceed 10% of your total assets, and as long as you invest through our digital financial advisory service. You can invest as either an individual or a legal entity.
Requirements to invest
If you're not a professional investor, you'll need to meet a series of requirements to be eligible to invest in private equity funds:
- General investing knowledge and an understanding of Private Equity
- Prior experience as an investor
- Written acknowledgment that you understand the risks involved
- Long-term investment commitment (over five years)
- Minimum net worth of €100,000*
